Gliding covers 2 times more distance with half the effort at twice the speed. Elderly communities, can benefit by getting older adults outside moving, exercising ,getting blood flow and muscular skeletal resistance, as well as keeping motor skills and balance. Can be used for rehab and physical therapy as well allowing leg, hip and foot injury patients to slowly put weight on injured limb while giving them ability to get around. Commuters can use the Super Glider to ride on sidewalks from bus or train stop to stop. Can be legally ridden on sidewalks with out pedals installed. Once balance is mastered pedals can be added with just 1 screw and a chain master link.
